Courses

The Association Vipassana organises 1-day, 3-day and 10-day courses of Vipassana meditation.

The 10-day courses are open to anyone who would like to learn the technique of Vipassana, which means also to those who have never meditated before. Whereas the other courses are designated for old students only - those meditators who have completed at least one 10-day course with S. N. Goenka or one of his assistant teachers.
The 10-day courses are held in Serbian and English, while the other courses are in English only.

For an information about the course dates and locations of courses in North Macedonia please visit the Courses Schedule page. For information about courses in other parts of the world, please visit www.dhamma.org.

Courses in Europe and in the rest of the world

There are eight Vipassana Meditation Centres in Europe: in Germany, England, Belgium, France, Spain, Switzerland, Italy and Sweden, where courses are held regularly twice a month. In some other European countries, where there are no centres, like in Poland, courses are organized at rented sites several times a year. No matter in which country in the world courses are organized, they all look the same, follow the same rules and are conducted in English and in the native language of the country where the course takes place.
